I got this cosplay and made the prop almost a year ago. I wore this to Q-con last year :D
Only now did I do a photoshoot.
Right now i’m in the mood to get good photoshoots for every one of my cosplays!! It seems like such a waste not too, right?
Next will be either Serah or Wang Yuanji, but I want to get a cool new camera lens first and it’s pretty damn expensive. I’m still not too sure if I wanna get it…it’s £130 which isn’t too bad for a lens but I want to be sure that it does what I want it to do before I buy!

I am currently trying to gather as many cute items for my Lolita coordinates as I can, and I thought this hat would look really cute with my Angelic Pretty Royal Melty Chocolate dress! The design on the hat is embroidered on which is a lovely touch!
I guess for a hat the price is a little expensive, but in this case the quality is really nice so I can’t complain.

I’ve been focusing so much of YouTube lately, I feel I have been neglecting my precious blog! I have lot’s of work to do this week, so I’m going to try and churn out as many posts and reviews as I can! ~
Today I am going to review my Lolita Bobo wig from Uniqso!

For some reason, I suddenly had the desire to try out a short bob wig! The hair color in this wig looked very similar to my natural hair color, so I wanted to try it and see how I would look with short hair!
In real life I would say the wig is a slightly brighter blonde than in the picture, it is a very platinum color but is kept natural looking by having darker lowlights all the way though. The hair though synthetic is nice and soft and not shinny at all!
The wig comes pre-styles, I didn’t have to style it at all! No trimming or shaping the bangs with a straightener! Even thought I won’t be cutting my real hair this short any time soon, it was really fun to try something new! I think this would look really cute with a Lolita outfit!
This wig is targeted towards Lolitas, but it looks so natural it could be worn with any kind of outfit.

These are my first pair of I-Codi lenses, and I am so impressed so far! I have really been enjoying these lenses a lot, so let’s get started with the review!

Probably my favorite thing about these lenses are the color! They really are like the color of a Watermelon ha! There are three tones that go from a very blueish green into a slightly darker green, with a natural looking black outer ring. Since the black outer ring is has a soft fade in effect, it gives these lenses a really natural look!
So far I have worn these lenses with both natural looking makeup and very heavy OTT makeup, and they look great with both!
These lenses have been extremely kind to my eyes when it comes to comfort. I have worn these a lot since getting them, they can be so comfy that I sometimes forget I am wearing them haha! However, since they are 15mm, I do find that they tend to feel dry a little quicker than some lenses with a smaller diameter, nothing a quick eye drop can’t fix.

Cospicky were looking for sponsors when they opened the new store, I was really happy when I was chosen to become their sponsor! Even though I am a sponsor, I want to let you guys know everything said in this review is 100% my own opinion. Since the shop was new, I didn’t really know what kind of quality to expect. Instead of picking a costume from the store, I requested them to commission a cosplay that I have been wanting to do for a really long time! Melty De Granite from Shining Hearts. The shipping was really fast too, I love in the U.K and it only took less than a week and a half to get to me! 
I had the costume custom made to my size, I do this with all costumes I commission! Even when I do this, often something ends up being too big for me when it arrived, however when I received this costume I was so ecstatic that it fit me perfectly! I didn’t have to make any adjustments myself which is really rare! The fingers in the gloves were a little long, but that is normal for me. (I have freakishly small hands and short fingers x_x) 
The color and fabric choices were spot on. They replicated Melty’s look perfectly! The hat is the most impressive part, it’s large and really detailed but at the same time light enough to wear on your head. There is also a wire along the edge of that hat which allows you to move it around as you please! The hat fit my head without a wig perfectly, but with the wig it was a little small so I sewed on some clips to hold it down. I plan on wearing this to con very soon, luckily it is really easy and comfortable to wear! The one complaint I do have is about the white ribbons for the arms and legs. They come separately, as in they are not sewn onto the socks gloves, meaning they were a little tricky to put on and also they tended to fall down. For the con I plan on sewing them to prevent this. 
Overall, my experience with Cospicky has been a really positive one! With their help I was able to do one of my dream cosplays, the costume was accurate and well made, and the shipping and customer service was fantastic! I would highly recommend them to you guys if you are looking to either commission a cosplay or simply buy one from their store! When Samantha Vega first released this wallet I thought it was so beautiful! Sadly I discovered that they were going to use real leather for this, and as someone who does not buy leather/fur I figured I would never get to use this wallet. Also…the price was insane!! When I spotted this replica at Lolita_kawaiishoes that uses faux leather I was so excited!
Since this is a replica, I was not sure what to expect as far as quality goes. When it arrived in the post, I was pleasantly surprised by how perfect this wallet it! It looks EXACTLY like the original version, the quality is fantastic, the material is sturdy and even this little Sailor Moon Brooch charm is perfection!
As you can see, there is plenty of room inside the wallet for all your cards, coins and receipts. The zip is smooth and sturdy and doesn’t catch at all, stiff zips are one of my pet peeves! It even comes with the “Samantha Vega” logo on the inside. Not only is this wallet super adorable magical girl perfection, but it’s functional too! I highly recommend this to any Sailor Moon fan!

On camera, the seashell embroidery is a little difficult to capture as it is in pastel colors. Trust me, in real life it looks much better! I love the combination of lilac and light green here, it fits perfectly in with the theme. I have always been a big “EVERYTHING PINK” girl, so I have been wanting to try some new color schemes. The netting on this dress is also really unique and cute!

At last! I have been wanting a brown pair of lolita shoes to go with my Angelic Pretty chocolate dress ever since I got back from Japan. I am so happy to finally have these, they are so adorable! IN the picture they look a little darker brown than they do in real life, but they go perfectly with my chocolate print dress! yaaay~
I bought these shoes in a size 38, which is one size up from what I usually have. This is because Lolita shoes can be quite stiff in their design, and I figure it would give my toes a little more wiggle room. They fit perfectly fine, I wore them all day at a convention over the weekend and they were very comfortable! My feet were hurting a little by the end of the day but I think that is just because of all the walking around I did!

Are words even needed? These shoes are perfection! I love them so much! They are perfect Swankiss replicas, they look the same from what I can tell. They are comfy enough to wear but….I can’t lie! I have so much trouble walking in them haha! I think it is just me though, I have seen plenty of people wear these without any trouble, I think I just need practice! I thought they would be easy enough but I found myself tripping constantly, which is a damn shame because I love them so much! Perhaps I can get the platform shortened? At the same time though, I love them the way they are!

These lenses have an adorable rose pattern design which is quite uniqe and special. What initially drew me to these lenses was the fact that they have a brown outer ring instead of the usual black. I had never seen this before, so I wanted to see if it would make the lenses look more natural. In fact I don’t think the fact that the ring is brown instead of black has made a big difference at all, perhaps it would be more evident on someone with dark eyes though!
Even though I already have blue eyes, these lenses show up very vibrant! They are a very strong saturated blue color, making them perfect for cosplay looks! I think these would be perfect if you are cosplay a character with striking blue eyes. They don’t really suit a natural look because of this.
Comfort wise I do not have any complaints, they are easy to wear for a long period of time! I did not experience my eyes drying out or any discomfort.
Overall Score: 8/10
